Lesson Presentation
My partner Rich and I prepared for the lesson by brainstorming and thinking of activities that children would enjoy. We wanted to make sure students would have fun while being productive. We were sure that we wanted to use Simon says in our lesson. The objectives of our lesson was to have students understand what rules are and why they are important. We also wanted students to be able to draw out designated rules themselves. We wanted the students to be able to make the connection of rules being important in places such as their homes. We would assess the students by walking around class and checking papers as well as making sure they wrote complete sentences. My partner and I went through everything we planned to although the behaviors of the class did slow us down. Somethings such as students writing their names on the board did not turn out how we planned.
The most important thing we tried to teach the students was what rules are appropriate in places such as the classroom and why it is important to follow them. I think the lesson went pretty goo although at times it seemed that there was a lot of different behaviors at once. I learned that the as a teacher you have to be in your toes and expect the unexpected. A teacher should be willing to adjust a lesson when needed. After teaching my lesson with my partner Rich, I thought of all the things I wish I would have implemented. I have taught other lessons and noticed that when dealing with young children you can not do a lot of things at the same time but this time I wish I had did more. I wish I had implemented the good rewards soon after introducing the consequences for bad behavior. I also wish I would have students acting out cause and effect or scenes from the book. I also would have had the rules on the smart board and have students come up and underline important words in each rule.
This lesson makes me motivated to become a teacher and helps me realize the things that I should consider when I have my own classroom.

Glog.....complete
Finally finished my Glog! It took me time to get exactly what I wanted without making the Glog page look too cluttered. I struggled but I like the end product :) Hope you like it to.
Teachers have to work hard to make sure that what they are doing is effective, its work but it pays of when you see it executed in the classroom.
So here it is:

Glog!
So I learned how to use a GLOG! Patience is needed for this process. I struggled with trying to get exactly what I wanted on my glog. I tried to relate images and the backgroud to my book. Although my process is not finish Im sure it will be worth it in the end.
Anything that can be helpful to different learners is important in my eyes.
Here's my progress so far:
I still want to add a link to simon says that makes students understand that following instructions can be fun!
Day 2
Another day of Class. :) The believe the weather truly affects your mood cus I just didn't want to get out of bed today but I'm here.
Even my breakfast brought to me this morning didn't out me in the mood to get out of bed. The fact that I am paying $42,000 is what got me out of bed!
Education is one of those things that you need in life and these days you need a degree for any job.

Day 1- Done!
I learned how to create a wordle! Might make one for myself. Having students use a blog can be effective for those who may be shy or like technology. Glad I came to class after all, had fun. This class have very important ideas that can all be imbedded in our embedded into our future classrooms. I am now thinking of how I can use a wordle to enhance my students understanding of my lesson based on my book. Great Day 1 in this lab that I've never been in.
Day 1
Today is the day I wish I didn't have to get out my bed! If I didn't have an education class today I would have stayed in bed. Today I hope to learn how efficient a blog could be whenassociated with an classroom. Also I hope to learn how I could expand a lesson based on my book and how I can make it more effective for my students.
